We don't fix people.
We enable them.
We learn from them.
Differing Minds is a small team making a big impact.
We help organisations build workplaces where everyone can thrive.
Hello, we're Differing Minds
Differing Minds is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company based in the UK, delivering neurodiversity training globally. We exist to challenge the invisible rules that exclude neurodivergent people from work and life.
Founded by Jess Meredith and Steve Pope - we are not here to help neurodivergent people cope with workplaces. We are here to help workplaces become more inclusive.
Speak to us
What we do
We deliver live, interactive training for organisations and settings of all sizes. Our highly engaging workshops and training equip managers, leadership teams, HR teams and colleagues with practical tools and strategies to create neuroinclusive cultures.
From 60-minute introductions to a 10-week development programme, we offer training that fits your needs and goals.
How we do it
Our approach is grounded in real-world experience and designed to drive change and for a lasting impact. We use empathy-building exercises, scenario-based learning, and storytelling to shift mindsets, not just raise awareness.
Our approach is intersectional. We recognise that the experience of neurodivergence is shaped by race, gender, culture, background and more – and that perception and understanding of neurodiversity varies across the world. We meet people where they are.
We speak with neurodivergent people, not about them. We name barriers directly and focus on solutions. No jargon. No checklists. No deficit narratives.
