Live training that turns awareness into lasting, inclusive change.

Our flagship workshops help organisations move beyond awareness to real behaviour change. Start with a 60-minute introduction, then build with manager training, allyship sessions, or leadership workshops.

Every session is interactive, grounded in real world experience, and focused on practical tools your people can use straight away.

30-minute scenario-based micro-workshops that shift how teams work together.

NeuroBursts® are short, high-impact sessions designed to deepen understanding after introductory training. Each workshop focuses on a real workplace scenario, exploring challenges from multiple perspectives.

Participants leave with practical micro-actions they can apply immediately.

Format: Virtual
Duration: 30 minutes per session

Two pathways to a more neuroinclusive workplace.

Choose the track that fits your role. The Ally Programme is a 6-session course for managers and colleagues who want practical skills for everyday interactions. The Champion Programme is a 10-week course for those leading organisation-wide change, with planning tools, ongoing support, and CPD certification.
