Make neuroinclusion easier this October.

October is one of the busiest months in the EDI calendar.

Between ADHD Awareness Month, Dyslexia Awareness Week, World Mental Health Day, Black History Month, Menopause Awareness Month and more, it's impossible to do everything well.

So we've made the neuroinclusion part easy.

Register for free access to the October Neuroinclusion Hub - your step-by-step guide to planning October, raising awareness of neurodiversity, starting meaningful conversations and building momentum beyond awareness month.

Is the October Neuroinclusion Hub for me?

It probably is if you're...

  • Looking for practical ideas rather than creating everything from scratch.
  • Short on time but still want to recognise October meaningfully.
  • Responsible for HR, People & Culture, EDI, Wellbeing or an ERG.
  • Looking for resources that are ready to use, but flexible enough to make your own.
  • Wanting October to be the start of something bigger, not the only thing you do all year.

Everything you need, all in one place.

Inside the October Neuroinclusion Hub you'll find practical resources designed to save you time and help you make a real impact.

  • An October Planning Canvas to help you organise your month
  • A printable October Calendar featuring key neurodiversity awareness dates
  • Ready-to-use fact sheets
  • Seven newsletter inserts you can personalise and share
  • A team activity pack
  • Our 20 Social Norms We Need to Rethink discussion resource
  • Three exclusive NeuroNudges, short workplace scenarios to watch, reflect on and discuss
  • An intersectionality guide grounded in Disability Justice
  • A free 2027 Neuroinclusion Planning Workshop (November)

No jargon. No fluff. Just practical support to help you champion neurodiversity with confidence.

Plus...

Everyone who registers will also be invited to a free October Planning Session, a relaxed 30-minute community planning session where you can block out time to complete your Planning Canvas alongside other HR, EDI and ERG professionals, with the chance to ask questions and get support if you need it.

Why we created it

Every September we hear the same thing.

"We really want to do something for October... we just don't have the time."

So we created the October Neuroinclusion Hub.

Not to give you more work.

To take work away.

Think of it as having a neuroinclusion consultant sitting alongside you, helping you decide what to focus on, sharing tried-and-tested resources, and reminding you that you don't need to do everything to make a difference.

Designed for busy people

Whether you're in HR, People & Culture, leading an ERG, managing internal communications or simply championing neurodiversity alongside your day job, the Hub is designed to make planning October feel simpler.

A note from Jess

Most organisations try to do too much in October.

My advice?

Start smaller than you think you need to.

One thoughtful conversation will always have more impact than trying to recognise every awareness day.

More than a month of awareness

October is a brilliant opportunity to start conversations.

But neuroinclusion doesn't stop on 31st October, and neither does the Hub.

In November, we'll be hosting a free live 2027 Neuroinclusion Planning Workshop, where we'll turn October's momentum into practical priorities for the year ahead.

Because awareness is important.

But what happens next matters even more.
