Feeling overwhelmed trying to make your organisation neuroinclusive?
Youāre passionate about inclusion but stretched thin. You might be running an ERG alongside your day job, or be the person your whole team turns to for Neurodiversity answers, or simply someone who wants to create change.
Meanwhile, the world is shifting fast. AI is changing how we work. Political narratives are shifting how inclusion is viewed. The pressure to "get it right" is growing.
Scaling neuroinclusion feels crucial ā but also complex and easy to get wrong.
You canāt do it all alone. But you can lead the change ā with the right support.

Whether you want to lead organisation-wide change or ensure you're a supportive colleague or manager, there's a track for you:

The NeuroNavigatorĀ® programme is run by me, Jess Meredith
Let me start with what Iām not (not your typical way of doing things!)Ā
- Iām not a medical professional.
- Iām not a scientist.Ā
- Iām not a therapist.
All wonderful professions and bring really valuable expertise to our world.
However, my focus is on the practical side of neurodiversity and how differences in how we operate and work can impact collaboration at work.Ā
Iāve worked in numerous roles in large organisations, startups and scale ups. I know what the barriers are and I know how to break them down. I know what itās like to be so passionate about creating change in an organisation but struggling to make it happen. Iāve been there. Iāve run ERGs. Iāve worked in EDI. I really do get it.
I specialise in simplifying complex topics, and enabling people to create change with simple, step by step approaches. My methods resonate because theyāre not scientific. I will explain what you need to know about neurodiversity as it relates to the workplace. But I wonāt bamboozle you with more knowledge and science than you need.

And I do all this in a fun way. You wonāt just be listening to me talking, thatās too boring to create the change we actually need! Itās packed full of interactive exercises and the chance to ādoā rather than just ālistenā.
Iām also neurodivergent. And have neurodiverse children. So I bring lived experience alongside many years of professional experience.
Iāve worked with Accenture, the NHS, the Adecco Group, Deustche Bank, Virgin Media O2 and countless others.Ā
Iām so looking forward to working with you!

What did our previous NavigatorsĀ® say?
Don't just trust me. Here's what our previous cohort had to say about their experience on the programme.
I'm learning!
"No matter how much we think we know about neurodiversity, or neurodivergent colleagues, these sessions have always made me think a little bit differently. So thank you."
I'm buzzing!
"I'm buzzing after every session and it gets my mind thinking even more as to what else can be done to improve general well being and inclusion."
It's refreshing!
"It's refreshing to be coached on neurodiversity and know that I have some new tools and information to guide me in my new role as co chair for our neurodiversity network."
