Our results

Most providers show you a satisfaction score. We would rather show you what changed, and what did not.

Differing Minds has delivered neuroinclusion training to more than 100 organisations since 2021. Here is who we work with, how we deliver, how we measure what happens next, and where the limits of our evidence sit.

2021

delivering since

We set up Differing Minds CIC in October 2021 and have delivered training every year since.

How we count. People trained means someone attended a live session. Views means video views. We keep the two apart, because they are not the same thing and you deserve to know which is which.

How we deliver

Formats
Short keynote talks, 60-minute workshops, half-day and full-day sessions, and programmes running up to ten weeks. We shape every format around your people and your goals.
Delivery
Live and interactive, in person or online. Online sessions use breakout discussions, live polls and exercises. Sessions run as one-offs, as a multi-part series, or as half-day and full-day workshops, for all staff, for managers, for employee networks or for a specific team.
Programmes
NeuroConfused to NeuroConfident® for awareness and manager training. NeuroBursts®, 30-minute scenario-based workshops. NeuroNavigator® for people leading change across a whole organisation.
Inside NeuroConfused to NeuroConfident®

It starts with a 60-minute introduction to neurodiversity, then builds through three core themes: neuroinclusion for people managers, allyship for all, and leadership and culture change.

Further workshops cover masking and burnout, mental health and wellbeing, neuroinclusion for HR and the policies that enable it, neuroinclusive hiring from job advert to onboarding, supporting parent carers at work, and inclusion intelligence for AI. We also build bespoke sessions.

Accreditation
Our NeuroNavigator® programme is CPD certified.
Who delivers
Differing Minds is neurodivergent-led, with a broadly neurodivergent team. Every session draws on lived experience of neurodivergence, whoever is leading it.
Working at scale
We run repeat cohorts across departments, sites and management layers, and adapt the content for office-based, frontline and hybrid teams.
Accessibility
Interactivity and accessibility are built in, not added on. We share session information with you before delivery, and can send materials in advance where that helps. We review every session design for accessibility before we deliver it.
Cost
We offer a range of options to suit different budgets. Cost depends on the delivery format, the length of the training, whether delivery falls in our peak or off-peak months, bespoke requests and more. Reduced rates apply for the NHS, public sector, charities and not-for-profits. Get in touch and we will talk it through.
